LeTourneau University's online Master of Education degree in Teacher Leadership is designed for busy educators like you who want to enhance instructional effectiveness in their own classrooms. The courses offered provide a breadth and depth of relevant information that will serve to make students eligible for campus-based instructional leadership positions. Elective choices provide the opportunity to attain certification for instructing Special Education or ESL students.

Students complete one online course at a time, with each course lasting three to seven weeks. Each week, coursework begins on Monday, with most assignments due on Sunday by midnight. The entire Master of Education: Teacher Leadership program can be completed in two years or less, depending on your course load.
