SUBMITTING A STUDENT COMPLAINT

Student complaints may be submitted via email (complaints@letu.edu), letter, or digital student complaint form located at the University website [page under construction]. A good faith effort will be made by the institution to reach a resolution that is beneficial to those involved in a formal complaint.

FORMAL STUDENT COMPLAINT POLICY

The Student Complaints Policy provides guidance as to how the University defines, processes, resolves, and documents complaints.
