Professional Experience

Caroline spent several years working as a civil engineer in Houston before joining the Student Life staff in 2020. In her time in engineering, she gained valuable experience working in multiple departments, attaining responsibility for large projects, mediating conflict between opposing interests, and working with people from vastly different backgrounds and perspectives than her own. During her time in Houston Caroline also served with Young Life College at the University of Houston where her passion for leading, supporting, and loving college students was solidified. Caroline oversees Gilbert Hall and Evelyn LeTourneau Hall and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

Personal Background

Caroline is from Houston, Texas, and is the third oldest of 9 siblings. In her free time she enjoys cooking, working out, playing piano, and spending time in East Tennessee with family. Her favorite aspects of LeTourneau are the strong sense of community on campus, the academic rigor and preparation for the corporate world that LeTourneau provides, and the sense of calling shared among staff and faculty to the holistic development of students.
