Mission aviation organizations, such as ABWE Air, Aim Air, JAARS, Kingdom Air Corps, MAF, MMS, and New Tribes Mission, visit the campus regularly, meeting with students and providing input into the mission aviation training program. Students have opportunities to work with mission organizations during spring break and internships.

LETU's Christian aircraft mechanic training program will prepare you to perform the high quality maintenance and repair that mission airplanes require. After completing the Mission Aviation program, you will graduate with your Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Technician Certificate. Mission aviation maintenance specialists are in high demand, so if your interests lie in , there's a place of service waiting for you.

You too will have the opportunity to experience cross-cultural missions firsthand during a mission aviation "vision trip."

Some mission aviation students are also members of LUMA, LeTourneau University's Mission Aviation club.
