The human resource management degree, available in both online and on-campus formats, builds on good people skills and the ability to communicate well, and extends from there to a functional understanding of the key role the human resource manager plays in the development and retention of the most important assets of a business. People are the most important asset, and the effective management of human resources is central to every business strategy.  Human resources is a growing field that crosses into all types of companies and industries.
