Understanding People

At LeTourneau, we offer a variety of degree programs in psychology, allowing students to customize their experience to fit their interests. Students learn to practice psychology by applying learned theories and principles while keeping the value of Christian morals and spirituality in mind, making a difference in lives of people in every area of society.

Our small class sizes also allow students to get the individualized instruction LeTourneau is known for. This personal attention prepares students for grad school as well as a number of careers, including clinical psychology, counseling, child development and missions.

LeTourneau's psychology students are given many opportunities to get involved, including psychology practicums and off-campus study programs. These opportunities enhance students' hands-on training in analyzing behavior and the human mind. Students are also enouraged to take part in the psychology club, creating a community with other psychology students.
