With a dual emphasis on software and hardware, this degree is unique to LETU. It is made possible by blending the strengths of our CS department and an ABET-accredited engineering program.

If you are fascinated by why and how your computer works and enjoy creating software to make it run, pick this major to channel those interests into a computer career. This major combines electrical engineering courses with computer science courses and includes a high level of mathematics.

By the time you finish, you’ll have designed, built and programmed a microcomputer system on a single board, giving you experience with software and hardware.
