The LeTourneau University men’s basketball team is featured on the cover of the new 2011 AT&T Real Yellow Pages directory serving the greater Longview area.  The cover was unveiled today at a short ceremony in the university's Solheim Arena. The cover photo depicts Coach Bob Davis diagramming the YellowJackets’ next play following a time out.

More than 127,000 copies of the directory have been produced for distribution in the area this year. Directory delivery begins Jan. 15 and continues through Feb. 9. The directory will also be available to new residents and businesses throughout the year.

Dr. Dale Lunsford, LeTourneau University president said being featured on the cover of the AT&T Real Yellow Pages is a tremendous way to highlight the university’s athletic programs, particularly the men’s basketball team. “We are very proud of all our athletes who compete in the American Southwest Conference,” Lunsford said. “Under the direction of Athletic Directory Terri Deike, LeTourneau athletics is working hard to increase playoff opportunities for student-athletes to compete in NCAA Division III. Being featured on the cover of the AT&T Real Yellow Pages is a tribute to our hard work, and will serve all year long as a reminder of the fun and excitement all our athletic programs bring to Longview.”

Edwin Graves, AT&T Advertising Solutions area market manager said we continually work to make our directory covers special on the outside, and tailor the community information inside our directories to best meet the needs of local residents and businesses.“ We are proud to feature the LeTourneau University men’s basketball team on the cover of our new AT&T Real Yellow Pages directory for the greater Longview area.”
