Thelen Named ASC Co-Golfer of the Week

LeTourneau University Men’s Golfer Joel Thelen
(Lansing, MI) has been recognized by the American Southwest Conference office for his
accomplishments this past weekend when he won the Mississippi College/ Louisiana College Spring
Invite at Black Bear Golf Course. He shot back-to-back 74s to finish at +4 to win his first
collegiate event. Thelen won by two strokes and helped the YellowJackets finish fourth
overall as a team.
