  • Use this form to enter yourself or, if you're an intramural representative, others on your floor.

  • Correspondence will be done primarily through e-mail.

  • Schedules and results will be posted on the intramural web.

* There is a limit of 25 players per team. Additions to the roster may be made up until the first game. After the first game no changes may be made to the roster.

* All players will be required to sign a waiver.

A phone number and e-mail address must be provided for each team entered.

**The team captain (or another team rep) is required to attend the preseason meeting on September 4, 2007 at 11:00 am in Room 104 in the Solheim Center.  Failure to attend this meeting will disqualify your registration.**
