LeTourneau University partners with Higher One, a financial services company focused solely on higher education, to provide a convenient method for receiving your refunds to all LeTourneau students: the "My One Card" (previously known as the Easy Refund Card). Please do not throw away this important card since it is your ticket to a faster refund. Your My One Card will be mailed in an envelope that looks like the sample provided below.
Your new My One Card is designed to provide you with increased choice when it comes to receiving your refunds. Students are able to select between using their My One Card as a debit card or elect to have their refund transferred to their bank account electronically.
One additional benefit is that the My One Card can potentially be used in the same way as any other bank account, including options to transfer funds to the card holder and access to an on-campus ATM.
Please activate your card as soon as you receive it. Remember, even if you are not currently expecting a refund from LeTourneau, we may have a refund for you in the future.
If you're not sure that we have your current mailing address, please take a moment to visit MyLETU, and select the Contact Information Form located in the Quick Links box. For non-residential students, your new My One Card will be mailed to your current address on file with LeTourneau. Therefore, it is critical that you verify your mailing address as soon as possible. For residential students, your My One Card will be delivered to your campus CPO box.
