Leadership Minor

The School of Business, in cooperation with other schools and departments, has designed the Leadership minor for students who feel the call of ethical leadership on their lives.  This minor is available for students in any major, and is recommended for those who anticipate becoming leaders in any profession and for those who are involved in student, church or community leadership.

Course Requirements: 18 Hours Minimum

  • PHIL2063 Ethics or BUSI3403 Business Ethics
  • LEAD2303 Introduction to Leadership
  • HIST3213 Leadership in History
  • BMGT3313 Organizational Behavior
  • LEAD4923 Leadership Practicum
  • Leadership Elective: 3 hours, may be chosen from the following:
    • BMGT2303 Principles of Management
    • BMGT3203 Human Resource Management
    • BMGT4403 Leading Organizational Change
    • CCLT2103 Cross Culture Communication
    • CCLT3203 Religions of the World
    • COMM1113 Intro to Speech Communication (only if not already required for the student's major)
    • PHIL3203 Christian Apologetics
    • PSYC2163 Personality Theory
