How will I know if I am registered?

Do you provide help with the technology?

Yes, our LETU tech support team provides ongoing support and instruction.

Do you give scholarships?

The dual credit tuition is approximately one-third the traditional cost per credit hour, providing a significant value for high school students! Please ask about our Dual Credit Scholarship for students who want to continue their education at LETU after high school graduation.

Do other colleges accept the credits for these classes?

LeTourneau is a four-year university accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. Credits should have no difficulty transferring. If you know the college you plan on attending post high school, you may want to inquire as to their specific degree requirements. Check out: www.TCCNS.org. There, you will be able to compare LETU courses with other Texas universities.

Is tutoring offered?

Yes. Tutoring and other helps are offered through the Achievement Center. You can visit their website at www.letu.edu/AchievementCenter.

Are immunizations required?

Yes, but only if you are attending class at the Longview or McKinney campuses. It is not a requirement for online students. For more information about the required immunization form click here.

Why does LETU ask for my social security number on the application?

In order to issue a 1098-T, the social security number or individual taxpayer identification number is required.

What is a 1098-T?

The annual 1098-T tax form is provided by the university to document the amount spent on tuition and related expenses, which may qualify you/your parents for an income tax credit.  For more about the 1098-T, please click here.
