Honors College Information

Acceptance
The Honors College is open to students in all majors, from engineering and business to the arts & sciences and education. We’re all about different perspectives. No matter your major or future plans, you’ll feel right at home if you’re into analytical discovery, thoughtful reasoning and the belief that the greater the challenge, the greater the reward.

Requirements
LeTourneau University Honors College participants must complete at least 16 credit hours of honors courses. This includes 12 hours of Honors general education requirements (such as Honors Bible, history, and English courses that count toward the student's degree program), as well as four one-hour Honors seminars.

Application
We base our selection on several factors, such as outstanding academic achievement (ACT/SAT scores, high school GPA) and extracurricular involvement. While selection may be highly competitive, we encourage all interested students to apply.

To assure consideration for admission, submit your application by March 15. Any applications submitted past this date may be considered on a case-by-case basis until available positions are filled.
