Competition Rules

Teams will earn 100 points for every soil sample successfully collected
If the robot collects all six samples and returns to the first sector within the first minute there will be a bonus of 480 points with a 20 point deduction for every 10 seconds past the first minute
If an obstacle is moved or damaged by the robot there will be a 100 point deduction
If at any point in the competition the robot leaves the playing field the score will be zeroed and the round ended
After 5 minutes of play, the round is complete regardless of the status of the robot
