- Automatic synthesis of concurrency control code for multithreaded programs.
- Methods for representing software and software specifications with Petri nets.
- Rules and heuristics for a computationally efficient application of supervisory control methods.
- Specification languages and translators.
- Supervisory control algorithms for software applications.
