Personal Statement:
I am passionate about family and how to help families become and stay healthy.
Speaking of family, the Department of Psychology is like a small family within the extended family system of LeTourneau University.
I love that our students know one another and have strong Christian relationships, and I appreciate that the LeTourneau family emphasizes the need to invest in one another.
Background:
I grew up in the small town of Springhill, Louisiana, with my mom and two sisters. I graduated from high school in Springhill and attended Louisiana State University (GEAUX TIGERS!) in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I met my husband, Viktor, while at seminary. We have been married for seven years and have one son, Nikolas. Viktor currently pastors a church in Longview and is an adjunct instructor for LeTourneau’s Department of Biblical Studies and Christian Ministries.
