To know Dr. “R” is to know that she is passionate about family and how to help families become and stay healthy. Under her leadership, the Department of Psychology is like a small family within the extended family system of LeTourneau University.

Dr. Roudkovski grew up in the small town of Springhill, Louisiana, with her mom and two sisters. She proudly hails from Louisiana State University (GEAUX TIGERS!) in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She is married to Dr. Viktor Roudkovski.
Dr. Roudkovski received Master's degrees and her Ph.D. from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. She has done extensive research in healthy family functioning and is an author and speaker. Other research interests include multicultural issues in family functioning, family of origin issues in college and graduate students, diagnostic & assessment issues in family counseling, and the effects of interracial/cross-cultural identity in children & adolescents.
She is a member of the American Counseling Association, Christian Association for Psychological Studies, American Association of College Counselors, and holds a professional counseling license in Texas.
She is active in a variety of Christian ministries and sings professionally.
