Before coming to LeTourneau University, Dr. Feezell was actively engaged in business. His work at United Services Automobile Association (USAA) included the design of national surveys covering property, casualty, and life insurance issues. He was responsible for the sample selection, error analyses, confidence level calculations, and data reduction and analysis of responses from approximately 250,000 individuals. As president of his own consulting firm, he completed work for AMICA Insurance Company American, Physicians Insurance Exchange, Metropolitan Medical Center (San Antonio), Church’s Fried Chicken, La Mansion Hotels, United San Antonio, John Hancock Financial Services, and J.C. Penney Companies.
