    The Student Data Tool and other Webtools are now available.  Please report any ongoing issues to the Help Desk.

    The Information Technology department has received reports and has confirmed that the Student Data Tool and other Webtools applications  are currently unavailable. Faculty and Staff trying to access Student Data Tool and other Webtools applications are currently unable to do so.

  • COMPLETE: Student Payment Processing Unavailable This Morning (July 5th)

    The downtime described below is complete.  Student Payments is now available.


    If you have any questions about making a payment, please contact the Student Accounts office at StudentAccounts@letu.eduor 903-233-4140.

    Due to unforeseen technical difficulties, we are having to extend the downtime for Student Payments.  A communication will be made when an update is available.

    REMINDER: Payment processing for Student Payments will be unavailable this morning

    WHEN:  Wednesday, July 5th
    • Beginning at 8:00 am
    • Ending by 12:00 pm (announcements will be made when complete)

    SYSTEMS IMPACT:  Payment processing for students


    During this downtime, registration for SU17 and FA17 will still be available.  However, if you complete your course selection, you will not be able to reach confirmation during this time.  Therefore, you will need to revisit your Enrollment Checklist following the downtime to finish the steps that lead to confirmation.

  • Cashier Window - Fiscal Year-End Hours
    The cashier's window will close at 2:00pm on Friday, June 30th to support closing activities for the end of the fiscal year.  Normal summer hours will resume Monday, July 3rd.
