  • Scheduled maintenance window for Ezekiel server TODAY @ 5pm

    NOTICE:  The Ezekiel server that runs the applications commonly known as the Ezekiel Tools will be undergoing a scheduled maintenance window as we work to build backup resources for it.

    DURATION:  Approximately 1 hour (announcements will be made)

    IMPACT:  The following systems will experience significantly slower response during this time –

    Confirm Student tool
    Student Data Tool
    WebReg Ezekiel Tool (not web registration)
    eCommerce
    Health Form
    Electronic Transcript Request System
    Survey Automation System
    Chapel Attendance Tracking System

  • Maintenance completed and the system is once again available for your use.

    We are currently troubleshooting an issue that is affecting Blackboard’s ability to access file shares.  In order to resolve a conflict, we’ll need to have both halves of the system down at once, which will result in Blackboard being unavailable for approximately 7-10 minutes.  We believe that this issue, if not resolved immediately, could lead to more issues this evening, and for that reason will be performing a restart at 4:30 p.m. today, Monday, May 20th

  • Electronic Transcript Request system is now fully functional.

    The issues with the Electronic Transcript Request system have been resolved.

    DETAILS:
    The system was displaying an error at the appropriate time.  However, the error “Access Denied” was misleading.  Actually, the students receiving this error had holds preventing them access to the Electronic Transcript Request system.  The “Access Denied” error message in this case has been replaced with a more informative error message.

    The Electronic Transcript Request system is fully functional.

    The Cashier’s Office will be closed from 12:00 to 1:00 for the summer beginning on May 6 through August 9.

    Email forwarding for Graduates: Email accounts are active until up to 30 days after graduation or if you do not register for the next semester of classes. After this time email accounts may be deactivated. If you are graduating or taking a break from classes, we encourage you to take advantage of our email forwarding services to provide time for your contacts to update to your new email address! To start, email support@letu.eduand let us know you are a graduating student and provide your Student ID, your current LETU email address and the email address you would like your email forwarded to. Accounts with forwarded email addresses will not function for other purposes (Blackboard, wireless, etc) after graduation.
