Maintenance completed and the system is once again available for your use. We are currently troubleshooting an issue that is affecting Blackboard’s ability to access file shares. In order to resolve a conflict, we’ll need to have both halves of the system down at once, which will result in Blackboard being unavailable for approximately 7-10 minutes. We believe that this issue, if not resolved immediately, could lead to more issues this evening, and for that reason will be performing a restart at 4:30 p.m. today, Monday, May 20th.

The issues with the Electronic Transcript Request system have been resolved.
The system was displaying an error at the appropriate time. However, the error “Access Denied” was misleading. Actually, the students receiving this error had holds preventing them access to the Electronic Transcript Request system. The “Access Denied” error message in this case has been replaced with a more informative error message.
The Electronic Transcript Request system is fully functional.
