James Peel is research coordinator at the Denison Forum on Truth and Culture and writes about current events from a biblical perspective. He holds a B.A. in Communications Studies from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA. James and his wife Paige are actively involved in the Young Professionals ministry at Park Cities Presbyterian Church in Dallas.
An accomplished musician, James enjoys songwriting and recording music in his home studio, using a variety of instruments— including his beloved Gibson acoustic, a self-built telecaster, banjo, ukulele, and tambourine. His music occupies its own sonic space between the sunny writing of Paul McCartney and The Beach Boys, and the reflective songs of Ryan Adams and Wilco. His lyrics and melodies will bring a smile to your face and make you want to whistle and hum along.
