How do I get a transcript?

Complete the online request form. Former students can enter their last name, social security number, and birth date. Current students may log in using their LetNet user name and password.

Can I have my transcript faxed or e-mailed?

Yes. All faxed and e-mailed transcripts are unofficial.

How soon can you send my transcript?

Transcript requests are processed in the order they are received and usually take about 1-3 business days to be processed by the Office of the Registrar. If you have a financial hold on your account for any reason, you will not be able to complete the online form. You will need to contact student accounts at 1-903-233-4130 for traditional student accounts or 1-903-233-4140 for non-traditional student accounts

Did you receive my request for a transcript?

You can log back in to the online request form to view the progress of your submitted transcript requests.

Did you send my transcript?

Upon receiving a request for a transcript we begin a process which may take 1-3 days. You can log back in to the online request form to view the progress of your submitted transcript requests.

What is the difference between the official and unofficial transcript?

An official transcript is mailed in a sealed envelope directly to a school, employer, scholarship donor, etc. An unofficial transcript is a faxed or e-mailed transcript or a transcript sent directly to the student. A transcript sent directly to the student will be on official transcript paper, but will be stamped "Issued to Student" and is considered unofficial.

How much does it cost to have a transcript sent?

The cost is $5.00 per transcript sent. However, if you wish to have a transcript expedited, the additional cost is $25 not including the cost of the transcript.
