Want to serve as a pilot or aircraft technician on the mission field?

As a Christian university known for our excellence in aviation, we prepare our graduates to live out God's calling for their lives in aircraft and hangars around the globe. Our Bachelor of Science in Mission Aviation will specifically prepare you to use your love of airplanes to help spread the gospel as a missionary aviator, making a tangible difference in countless lives.

When you graduate with a mission aviation degree, you’ll have about 220 flight hours. Some of those hours will be in our multi-engine airplanes, and around 20 hours will be in our Cessna 206 single engine aircraft. With our modern fleet, you'll also be prepared to fly the high-tech turbine aircraft that are quickly replacing older airplanes on the mission field.

At LETU, our mission pilot preparation is about more than just technical training. Our Bachelor of Science in Mission Aviation involves extensive hands-on learning experience in an authentic Christian flight school environment. During a mission aviation "vision trip," you will experience cross-cultural missions firsthand with a mission aviation organization.
