The department of Conference and Event Services manages conferences and events at LeTourneau University, as well as summer camps, both day and residential, on the Longview campus.
Before planning your next meeting or banquet, check out LeTourneau’s many versatile and spacious accommodations. We specialize in total meeting management and can accommodate groups of 10 to 1,000. Whether you need classrooms, conference rooms or banquet facilities, we have the perfect space for your needs. We also offer on-site professional catering by Bon Appétit.
Facilities. Classrooms are available during the day, night and weekends. Workshops and seminars can be accommodated in our S.E. Belcher Jr. Chapel and Performance Center, the Sidney and Anna Lee Allen Family Student Center, historic Speer Chapel, Longview Hall, Heath-Hardwick Hall and the Solheim Recreation and Activity Center.
Catering and Banquets. Lunches and banquets are our specialty, with all catering done on-site by Bon Appétit. Outstanding meals and refreshment breaks will make your event a memorable one.
Services and Costs. The standard classroom has a marker-board and overhead projector. Many classrooms are equipped with computer projection systems. Other media, such as DVD/monitor and public address systems, is available for use in all meeting facilities.
Camps and Overnight Facilities. LeTourneau University is the perfect place for your camp or conference during the summer months. Inclusive costs include overnight accommodations, meals, classroom facilities and recreational facilities.
